The short version

You'll leave with your teen's homework plan drafted and the words to start it tonight, or you don't pay. Reply to any email within 72 hours of the session for a full refund. You keep everything.

How to ask

Email support@neuralstimuli.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.

Our promise

You'll leave with your teen's homework plan drafted and the words to start it tonight, or you don't pay. Reply to any email within 72 hours of the session for a full refund. You keep everything.
